Wide Joint Floor Grout ()

Wide joint white flexible grout is used for fixing a range of engineered and natural stone tiles, including; Travertine, Slate, Porcelain, Marble, Ceramic, limestone, Quartz and Granite. This waterproof and anti-fungal grout is ideal for interior and exterior walls and floors. You simply mix this grout powder with water and apply in joints of up to 20mm before allowing to set in order to create a secure tiled surface. The neutrality of white means it works perfectly with almost any tile. Complement white tiles with this grout for a seamless finish or alternatively contrast with black tiles in a classic combination. Our wide joint grout is compatible with Under-floor Heating and works alongside our higher specification adhesive for best results, with approx coverage 7.5m2 per bag Here’s how you use it:Ensure the tiles are firmly fixed and the joints are clean before grouting. Firstly, add the grout powder to cold clean tap water and mix into a smooth, slightly stiff consistency, which can be done by hand or with a mechanical mixing paddle. Mix only a sufficient amount which can be used within one hour. Work the grout into the joints to make sure they are completely filled. Make sure you clean surplus grout from the tiles and joints as soon as possible as set grout will prove difficult to remove later. Allow 24 hours before walking on the surface. If you have installed an underfloor heating system it is recommended that you do not apply heat until two days after grouting your tiles. Instructions are given as a guideline only, for your specific project needs please follow full instructions given on the bag.
