Vellamo Steel Horizon Compact 1 Bowl Stainless Steel Kitchen sink & Waste Kit - 800 x 520mm

Stainless steel sinks are by far the most popular type to be found in British kitchens. This used to be because they were cheap - cheap to make and cheap to buy - but times have changed. Yes, there are still some cheap stainless steel sinks out there, but with better materials and manufacturing processes, even the cheapest stainless steel sinks are pretty good. In recent years, however, there's been a sudden emergence of premium stainless steel sinks which are almost unrecognisable from their cheap counterparts.

The Vellamo Steel Horizon is just such a sink. The smooth drainer and square waste give it a premium look, whilst the 18/10 high grade stainless steel gives it a premium feel. Like all stainless steel sinks, the Steel Horizon is corrosion and rust resistant, but unlike lower quality stainless steel sinks, it comes with a lifetime guarantee.

If you have a smaller than average kitchen, it can seem like you've been forgotten by kitchen designers. We're seeing larger and larger sinks and taps which may look great, but they're not very useful if you don't have the space to put them. The Steel Horizon's compact single bowl design still gives you an impressive amount of space with both the bowl and drainer being more than adequately sized, but it's compact enough to fit in the smallest of kitchens. The Steel Horizon comes with a single tap hole for your choice of mono kitchen mixer and a waste and overflow kit.
