- Ultra Level It Fast Track Plus is a beige coloured single part, flexible, high strength, rapid drying, protein free floor levelling compound which is formulated from a unique blend of graded fillers, fine cement and fibres which maximises the specifications of the product. When mixed with clean water it is free flowing across all surfaces from solid to timber floors. It is compatible with underfloor heating and can be finished off to a smooth underlayment surface.
- Ideal for levelling floors from 2mm to 15mm deep the 20kg bag will cover 5m² at 3mm, 3.1m² at 5mm, 1.5m² at 10mm and 1m² at 15mm.
- Ultra Level It Fast Track Plus has a 20 year guarantee.
- Please note this product is not to be used when levelling over Warmup DCM Pro, this is due to the tensile strength of the levelling compound, when curing it will pull the matting up and away from the substrate. We only recommend Ultra Level It Two for use over the Warmup DCM Pro matting.
