• The Sigma Jolly Edge has been specially designed for creating a finished edge to a tile, whether it be an attractive bullnosed edge or a clean mitre for creating an angled edge, ideal for steps.
• The innovative cutter rests on the edge of the tile and ensures a uniformed mitre across the length you are cutting. When used in conjunction with a diamond blade it can create a mitred edge at any angle from 40-50˚ and can work a single pass with tiles 5-20mm thick. Alternatively, use a diamond grinding wheel to achieve a bullnosed edge with a radius of 6-10mm.
• Wet cutting offers a cleaner cut and will require a water kit along with the grinder being cordless. For dry cutting, the use of a vacuum or mask for dust extraction is required.
