The Palace Rock-Tite Porcelain Primer is a fibre-reinforced, cement-based primer that boosts adhesion and bond strength when applied to the underside of porcelain and other low-absorption paving. Easy to mix and apply, it's suited to domestic and high footfall areas, internally and externally.
