Fire Resistant Wooden Folding Loft Ladder

FAKRO's Fire Resistant Wooden Loft Ladder - Redefining Fire Safety in Loft Access, Available at Cambridge Skylights!

When it comes to loft access, safety should never be compromised. FAKRO's Fire Resistant Loft Ladder is a game-changer, combining exceptional fire resistance with the comfort and reliability you’ve come to expect.

• ✔ 60-Minute Fire Protection: The ladder features a special hatch design that offers 60 minutes of protection against fire penetration, allowing you crucial time to take action.
• ✔ Comfortable and Safe Access: The hatch's unique hinge mechanism moves the hatch away from the ladder treads during opening, increasing the usable space. Added to this is a short distance between the top tread and the loft floor for easier access.
• ✔ Expandable Heat-Activated Seal: In the event of a fire, the expandable seal under the hatch expands to prevent fire from entering fire-free spaces, enhancing your safety.
• ✔ Energy Efficiency and Air Tightness: With a U-value of 0.6 W/m2K and a triple-seal system, this ladder also scores high on energy efficiency and air tightness.
• ✔ User-Friendly Features: The ladder comes complete with non-slip treads, a handrail, and stile ends to maximize safety and convenience.

Achieving both Fire Resistance Class EL1/EL2 = 60 minutes and Standard EN14975 certification, FAKRO's Fire Resistant Wooden Folding Loft Ladder is the ultimate in fire safety and loft access. Choose Cambridge Skylights for a ladder that prioritises your safety without compromising on comfort. Elevate your loft access experience today!
