Excel Bond Waterproof Construction Adhesive and Sealant is a high-grab, moisture curing hybrid polymer that stays permanently elastic and provides excellent adhesion to most non-porous surfaces. The single-component formula is odourless, neutral curing and non-corrosive to metals, making it suitable for both internal and external use.
- It can be used as both a sealant and an adhesive, bonding materials such as porcelain, coated metal, stainless steel, anodised aluminium, uPVC, skirting boards, thresholds, and insulation materials. It also delivers a flexible, paintable and high-quality finish, even in damp or wet conditions, and is safe for use in food preparation areas.
