Designed for tanking internal wet walls in a single application, the BAL Waterproof 1C is a ready to use polymer system made up of 40% recycled material. It provides complete waterproofing protection of substrates prior to fixing internal wall and floor tiles. Simply prime your surface first with undiluted BAL Primer 1C and allow to dry for 15-30 minutes.
- It can bridge cracks of 2-3mm without the need for tape whilst its fibre strand technology provides improved strength, simply apply with a roller, 4mm notched trowel or brush and you can tile on top in just two hours.
- Suitable substrates: Concrete, rendering, Tile Backer Boards, Cement Sand Screed, Anhydrite Screeds, Hard Natural Stone, Glazed/Unglazed Ceramic Tiles, Timber Floors, Plaster*, Plasterboard* and Ply Overlay* (*not recommended substrates for use in wet or shower areas).
