This Slim Edge bath boasts a number of benefits; first and foremost, the thin edges make for a larger internal space without having to increase its overall size. This bath holds more water that an average bath, and features a design with angular lines for a modern aesthetic.
Armourcast Reinforced heavy-duty bath construction:
Only the edges of this bath are slim; the body of the bath is crafted from durable acrylic, with four reinforced layers for a heavy-duty construction. Hand-finished in Europe, it features a fully encapsulated baseboard to prevent flexing, making it ideal for busy bathrooms. Plus, it comes with a reassuring 10 year guarantee.
- Layer 1: 4mm sanitary grade acrylic - high-gloss, smooth non-porous surface
- Layer 2: Fully encapsulated baseboard - creates a strong base, beneficial where weight is applied in a localised area
- Layer 3: Fibreglass and resin mix - increases thermal retention
- Layer 4: Hand-rolled hardener - adds rigidity and secure the layers into place, ensuring a smooth surface beneath the bath
- Two size options to choose from
- 4mm sanitary grade acrylic, is robust but lightweight for easy installation
- Heavy-duty reinforcement, creates a solid structure ideal for high-traffic bathrooms
- Slim edge design creates a larger internal space, without having to increase the overall size of the bath
- Easy clean non-porous surface, keeps your bath looking brand new for longer
- Excellent thermal properties. Retains your water temperature for longer, reducing the need to constantly top up
- Manufactured and hand-finished in Europe, ensuring the quality of each bath
- Fully encapsulated baseboard prevents the bath from flexing when uneven pressure is applied, ideal when getting in and out of the bath and showering
- Ideal for use as a single ended bath or shower bath, offering you the best of both worlds
- This bath arrives with no pre-drilled tap holes, giving you design flexibility, shop our range of bath taps here
