This boiling water tap comes with a physical manual for installation (Professional installation is still advised) a boiling water tank and a water filter to reduce limescale and bacteria build up in the tank, also producing cleaner great tasting water. To maintain warranty, you should replace your boiling water tap's filter every 3 - 6 months depending on usage, you should only use the filters recommended on the tap you bought and listed in the description. Never use abrasive cleaning agents to clean this product. Agents containing chlorine, bleach or hydrochloric acid as this can damage product and finish.
