Just like some of the most expensive pullout taps, the Trieste has a coiled spring mechanism to fully retract the head automatically after use. The spray head has a simple rectangular button mounted upon it which diverts the flow of the water between the 'standard' flow, and the watering can-style secondary spray. This allows you to use a normal flow to fill up a glass of water, or rinse down the pots and pans, and then use the watering-can spray to rinse your fruit and veg.
