The Astracast Sigma composite granite sink is as tough as sink as you are likely to find. As with all granite composite sinks, it has incredible protection against impact damage and it has great stain, scratch and heat resistance.
B-Grade ClearanceThis is a B-grade clearance sink with an imperfection that can be seen in the images above. We class B-grade clearance products as having minor defects or damage, but are still suitable for normal use and are sold to clear at significantly reduced prices.
Description of defect:There is bowing to the sink that is in excess of our acceptable tolerances for normal sale, and will prevent the sink from sitting completely flush on a worktop. The defect can be concealed by running silicone sealant around the sink, as is recommended with all kitchen sink installations. We are unable to guarantee that water will always fully drain away from the entire surface of the drainer, and this is reflected in the pricing. The sink's strength and resilience is unaffected by this fault.
