Our Mapei UltraCare Grout Release is a water-based product for the pre-grouting protection of porous surfaces. It works as a stain-resistant protector for polished tiles to prevent grout ingress/staining and for other porous natural stone surfaces. It can also be used as a pre-grout treatment when installing heavily textured/ anti-slip indoor & outdoor porcelain to make cleaning easier.

Provides stain-resistant protection treatment for porcelain, polished porcelain, terracotta, natural and engineered stone
Ready to use and easy to apply
Reduces the risk of halos or “picture-framing” effect
Particularly suitable for large format tiles
Suitable for food contact surfaces across interior and exterior walls and floors
Coverage is up to 40m² with one coat, depending on the absorbance and surface finish
