Our Mapei UltraCare Stain Protector W is a water-based impregnator that provides stain resistant protection with a natural effect left behind. It is suitable for unpolished surfaces, and reduces the amount of water, oil and grease that is absorbed by the surfaces, making them easier to maintain and clean.

Provides stain-resistant treatment for terracotta, bricks, natural stone, marble, unpolished terrazzo and agglomerates.
Provides protection without damaging the aesthetic of your surface
Doesn’t leave a film on your surface or alter breathability
UV resistant
Suitable for food contact areas, across interior and exterior walls and floors
Dries quickly and is easy to apply
Coverage is up to 10-20m² with one coat, depending on the porosity of the surface
