Armourcast Reinforced heavy-duty bath construction:

Layer 1: 4mm sanitary grade acrylic - high-gloss, smooth non-porous surface
Layer 2: Fully encapsulated baseboard - creates a strong base, beneficial for shower baths where weight is applied in a localised area
Layer 3: Fibreglass and resin mix - increases thermal retention
Layer 4: Hand-rolled hardener - adds rigidity and secure the layers into place, ensuring a smooth surface beneath the bath
