Soundlay 9mm Acoustic Mat (1m x 1.2m)Acoustic Underlay

SoundLay® is designed for concrete floor applications and can also be used for timber floors. It is primarily used where impact noise insulation is required although can also provide a level of airborne noise insulation. It is a two layer laminate, the upper being WB7.5 acoustic barrier supported by a 6mm layer of acoustic foam.

Finished flooring may feel softer underfoot when using acoustic matting compared to standard underlay.  Subfloor must be flat before installation – these products will NOT level out a subfloor.

A 2 layer system combining 1 layer of high density mass-loaded vinyl with 1 layer of isofibre, provides impact and airborne sound reduction. Laid straight over subfloor in a brickbond pattern.
