Enhance the performance of your underfloor heating with ProWarm Underfloor Heating Spreader Plates. Crafted with aluminium, these diffuser plates are engineered to optimize heat distribution, ensuring consistent warmth across your entire floor.Ideal for suspended timber subfloors with joists spaced at 400mm centers, the ProWarm Spreader Plate System seamlessly integrates with our Pert-Al-Pert pipe. The pipe securely clips into the grooves of the spreader plate, which can be easily attached to joists using screws or nails. To maximize efficiency and minimize heat loss, we recommend installing as much insulation as possible beneath the plates. Once in place, cover the system with a structural subfloor like plywood or screed board for a flawless finish.Upgrade your heating system with ProWarm and enjoy a more efficient and comfortable home.Sizes available:390mmx1000mm - 200mm Centres390mmx1000mm - 150mm Centres390mmx1000mm - 133mm CentresProWarm Underfloor Heating Spreader Plate key features:Easy Installation: The spreader plates are laid across traditional joists and can be fixed in place using a hand stapler. Whichever you use, be sure they are secured flush with the surface of the spreader plate. When you place the second spreader plate, leave a 10 mm gap to allow for expansion. Before securing this second spreader plate, insert a small length of pipe into the two spreader plates' meeting channels to ensure they align correctly.Leave this in place whilst you secure the second spreader plate before removing. At no point allow the spreader plates to overlap as this will cause a noise when heating up and cooling down.
