NOTE: Only compatible with older style Gen 2 Heatmiser Hub.The Heatmiser Wireless Air Temperature Sensor is a versatile accessory that seamlessly integrates with the Touch V2, Edge, and Neo System. It can be used as a standalone temperature sensor or as part of a group when averaging temperature readings is desired. When paired with the Touch V2 and Edge, the Wireless Air Sensor establishes a direct connection. However, with the Neo System, the Wireless Air Sensor is paired to the neoHub Gen 2 and then linked to the appropriate zone for optimal functionality.Neo System IntegrationBy incorporating the Wireless Air Sensor into your Neo System, you can unlock even greater intelligence. Measure the temperature from a single wireless air sensor or deploy multiple sensors to average the temperature over a larger area. The pairing process involves linking the Wireless Air Sensor to the neoHub Gen 2 using the Android or iOS apps. Once connected, you can choose how the system operates:Monitoring: Use the Wireless Air Sensor to simply measure the temperature in another area of your home.Pair to Zone: Connect the sensor to a neoStat that is already set up in your system. If you select "Pair to Zone," you have two options:Averaging: The thermostat will calculate an average temperature by combining the readings from the Wireless Air Sensor and the internal sensor in the thermostat.Remote Only: The internal sensor will be disabled, and the remote sensor will exclusively serve as the air sensor for the selected zone. Additional remote sensors can be paired to provide an averaged temperature reading.Enhance the capabilities of your heating system with the Heatmiser Wireless Air Temperature Sensor. Whether you need precise temperature measurements or averaged readings across multiple sensors, this accessory ensures optimal comfort control in your home.Range40 metresRF Frequency868 MHzIP ProtectionIP20Weight (inc battery)16gInstallationThis Sensor is designed to be surface mounted.Using a small coin unscrew the battery cover anti-clockwise to release.
