Polypipe Water Underfloor Heating Multi Room Overlay System is a unique low profile floor heating system ideal for both renovation and new build projects.Installed over the existing floor and only 18mm in depth, Overlay allows floor heating to be installed where traditional underfloor systems would either require expensive excavation or would require the floor to be raised to an unacceptable level.The Overlay system is available in 2 panel types to allow for installation to all build types and floor coverings.Overlay panel is a fibrous panel used for heavyweight floor coverings such as ceramics, or where the floor covering needs to be secured directly to the panel, e.g., solid wood.Overlay systems use a 12mm pipe at 150mm pipe centres and provide excellent response times and heat output compared with traditional built-in underfloor heating solutions and are therefore ideal for both traditional heating systems and low-temperature renewable systems.Overlay systems are compatible with 12mm pipe.A Rated Grundfos Single Circuit Constant Supply Temperature UnitNew EEI compliant pumpMixer ValveAdaptor KitIsolation ValvesThe Control Pack maintains the water temperature in an underfloor heating system between 35°C and 60°C.Multi port push fit manifold includes fill and drain valvesThe manifold comes complete with a drain and air vent assembly, which can be positioned on either end of the manifold. Overlay is perfect for kitchens, bathrooms, or conservatories, where minimal wall space is available and total design freedom is required.Single zone master control unit and multi zone slave unitWhen used in a 'single zone' application, the master wiring centre provides the wiring connections for the underfloor heating pump, two-port zone valve, boiler switched live connection (230V or volt-free), and the programmable room thermostat.The multi-zone slave unit plugs into the Single Zone Master Unit and provides simple wiring of actuators and room thermostats for multiple zone control.Please note: Master control and slave units may change depending on the selection of thermostats.Polypipe manual room thermostats as standardThe PBRS is a traditional dial-type room thermostat that combines accurate comfort control with a familiar dial-type user operation. This thermostat is used in conjunction with the time clock PB2CTC and is provided with a connection for the wet room sensor.You can upgrade your thermostat for a small additional cost.
