Each pack is controlled by a single thermostat, ensuring efficient and consistent heating.Please Note: John Guest Water Underfloor Heating kits include water temperature control, a crucial feature not found in all systems. John Guest uses only high-quality Polybutylene pipe for durability and performance.John Guest Heating Pack Components:CONTROL PACK with an 'A' rated Grundfos Single Circuit Constant Supply UnitThis control pack is used to mix and control water temperature. It is suitable for heating systems up to 14kW and connects directly to the manifold without extra brackets or support. The nickel-plated control pack includes a mixing valve, Grundfos A-rated pump, return elbow, manifold adaptor, and all necessary seals. Speedfit push-fit pipe connections can be made from the side or below the manifold. It isolates all system components for maintenance and can be mounted on either side of the manifold.ManifoldOur manifolds, made from high-quality stainless steel, are available in sizes from 2 to 12 zones. Each manifold comes with brackets, a vibration isolation mount, and easy-to-use Speedfit push-fit fittings. Integrated features include a pre-assembled automatic air vent, filling valve, and flow rate indicators for adjusting flow and isolating the pipe circuit.Barrier PipeThe JG Layflat pipe, made from Polybutylene, is ideal for laying underfloor heating pipe circuits.
